Below provides an overview of what will be offered from the bus. It’s a great opportunity for residents to receive a free health MOT.

• Full Health Check which includes Cholesterol Check, Diabetes Risk including Hba1C, Blood Pressure, Pulse, BMI and Measurements, Physical Activity Questionnaire, Smoking/Alcohol Questionnaire, Low Mood Assessment, Anxiety Assessment, Memory Test (65+), plus advice, guidance and signposting for housing, Citizen’s Advice etc.
• Immunisation Record Check
• All UK Routine vaccinations from 8 weeks old.
• Flu Vaccination (until end of March)
